Skincare claims, examined under glass.
Every ingredient graded by the human trials behind it — receipts attached, nothing scored by fear. For every skin — hers, his, anyone's.
How we grade evidence
Grades apply to an ingredient for a specific concern, at the concentrations that were actually studied — never as one blanket score. Apps that flash red warnings are scoring hazard lists; we grade whether something has been shown to work. Read the full method →
- Strong evidence
- Multiple independent trials or a meta-analysis agree
- Good evidence
- One or two solid randomized trials
- Early evidence
- A small trial, or mostly lab data so far
- Not enough evidence
- No meaningful human data yet

No fear scores. Just receipts.
Every grade traces back to named human trials — how many, on whom, and how well they were run. Read exactly how we weigh them.
